Click on your desktop.

Click Go and then click Connect to Server.

Type smb://alphaprime in the server address box and click Connect

Type your username in the Name field.  Use the format last name, first initial. ("smithj" for John Smith).

Enter your password in the Password field (this is the same as your district email password) and click Connect.

Choose the drive you that you wish to connect to from the pull-down menu (most people will want the Teachers folder).

Locate the folder you want (on the Teachers drive this will be your personal folder i.e. "smithj").

* Other teachers cannot see what is in your folder or modify your folder in any way.

** Folders on alphaprime are only available when connected to the district network -- they will not work from home.
