Please follow these four steps to check your district email account from home through Outlook Web Access…

1. Open your Internet browser and go to the district homepage (http://www.kgbsd.org).

2. Click “Teachers” on the menu bar.

 

3. Click on the link under “Online Email”



* Please note that you can bypass steps 1-3 by going directly to http://mail.kgbsd.org/exchange or steps 2-3 by clicking the "Web Mail" link toward the top of the district's homepage.

4. A window similar to the one below will pop up (if one does not then please add kgbsd.org to your pop-up blocker’s "exceptions" list and try again).  

Click on the “User Name” or “Name” field and type your username (the part before “@kgbsd.org”).  Click on the “Password” field and type your password.  Click “OK” or “Log In.”  

 

*Please note that the log-in window above will look different depending on the type of computer and the type of Internet browser you are using.

You should now be logged into your email!

*IMPORTANT: When you are done you will need to completely close out of your Internet browser to prevent others from getting into your email account.
