Notice to all District Staff, Between the dates of February 19th and February 23rd the network will be undergoing an extensive analysis and diagnostic as we prepare for some much needed network upgrades.
There will be times during this work, where some services may not work fully, and in some cases we may lose network access all together for brief periods of time. We will be doing our best to limit any major interruptions to non-peak usage times. We will also attempt to prevent any interruptions during the in-service taking place during the same week. Because some of the work we will be doing during this time will require our entire staff, we may not be able to respond to all support problems as soon as we would like, but we will still be making every effort to make sure we can solve problems in a timely manner. Priority of work orders for the Computer Department will be given to High Severity, Administrative Staff, Maintenance Staff, Office Staff, and Building Tech Reps, in that order. If you need help with something that can’t be done before or after this work, please have the Building Tech Rep place the Work Order for you.
